Thermo Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Silk to CEO, effective June 1, 2023, following the retirement of David Musto, Co-founder and former President and CEO.

At Thermo, we have been on a mission to empower our next generation of leaders throughout the organization.  As we celebrate our 25^th anniversary, it is most fitting for Eric Silk to pick up the baton of CEO and lead us into our next quarter century.

Eric, a mechanical engineering graduate of Rutgers University, joined Thermo in 2007 as a Control Systems Engineer.  Eric ascended through the sales team ranks and most recently served as Executive Vice President and head of global sales.  We are excited for Eric to take the reins as CEO and continue championing Thermo’s culture of Customer Success and Employee Success.

David Musto, who has served as Thermo’s President and CEO since the company’s founding in 1998, will transition to a board position to continue to support Thermo’s strategic vision and culture.
