At Thermo Systems, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Equipping our team with the latest technical knowledge and tools to succeed is a priority for us at Thermo. By providing necessary training to our team, not only does it enable employee success, but it ensures that our customers are provided with top talent to deliver project success. Although the current pandemic has put some restrictions on training methods, our training initiatives continue at full speed.
Through an innovative blend of in-house instruction and external training resources, Thermo Systems has assembled an effective and efficient “toolkit” to best prepare our team for the challenges they may encounter from one complex project to the next. Various topics are offered, from Effective Communications Skills to the Development and Execution of Comprehensive Hardware Factory Acceptance Tests (HFATs).
Though most of our training takes place virtually during these unprecedented times, we held two critical training events at an offsite location, enforcing all social distancing mandates, ensuring all the participates were safe.
