Spotlight on 2025 Women in Construction Week
To celebrate Women in Construction Week, Thermo Systems is excited to spotlight Meghan Mychajliw, Project Manager I based in Richmond, VA! Throughout her four-year career with Thermo, Meghan has been an integral part of mission critical, district energy, and life sciences projects, leading with expertise and dedication. She currently manages a team of 11 on site, ensuring successful project execution.
Beyond her project work, Meghan is a passionate advocate for women in the industry. She plays a key role in our Women in Automation (WIA) group, currently leading our 3rd annual company-wide donation drive to support various foundations empowering women.
Women in Construction Week is an opportunity to recognize the valuable contributions of women like Meghan who are shaping the future of our industry. We are grateful for the women at Thermo Systems who lead, innovate, and inspire every day.
