We’re excited to share that Thermo Systems has acquired PKM Panel Systems, a New Jersey-based panel fabrication company and long-time strategic partner. The acquisition marks the next step in a long-term relationship between the two organizations and expands our manufacturing and prefabrication capabilities.

PKM has supported Thermo Systems for nearly three decades, providing panel fabrication and testing services for complex automation and process control projects. Bringing these capabilities into Thermo Systems strengthens our vertically integrated approach to project delivery and gives us greater control over key elements of the project lifecycle.
