During National Safety Month 2026, Thermo Systems proudly recognized the people and everyday practices that make safety a lasting part of our culture. While June provided an opportunity to spotlight safety across our industry, the commitment extends far beyond 30 days. It is embedded in every project, every job site, and every decision we make as we deliver for our customers.

Throughout the year, our teams reinforce that commitment by leading toolbox talks, sharing weekly safety tips, pursuing OSHA 10 and 30 certifications, actively reporting near misses, and recognizing coworker’s safety efforts. These daily efforts help create an environment where everyone looks out for one another, continuously improves our processes, and strengthens the safe, quality execution that customers expect.

This June, our Safety Team built on that foundation with activities aligning with the National Safety Council’s weekly themes, encouraging team members to stay engaged and keep safety top of mind. Teams across the nation also participated in the #GoGreenforSafety campaign, proudly displaying their support.
