On July 25, Thermo Systems proudly recognizes National Hire a Veteran Day, celebrating the leadership, discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills veterans bring to the civilian workforce!

We are proud to currently employ 64 veterans whose experiences strengthen our teams, projects, and company culture. Their ability to lead under pressure, adapt to challenges, and remain focused on the mission directly supports the reliable execution and high-quality solutions our customers depend on.

This year, we’re spotlighting two Thermo veterans: Project Manager Dakota Carr, who served 10 years in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman, and Lead Control Systems Engineer Lee Scott, who served four years in the U.S. Air Force Security Forces. Both credit their military experience with developing skills that continue to support their success at Thermo.
