2026 PM Symposium: Building Community, Strengthening Project Success
As Thermo Systems continues to grow, bringing our people together to learn, collaborate, and strengthen the way we support our customers becomes even more important.
More than 100 Thermo team members gathered in Dallas, Texas, for the 2026 Project Management Symposium, centered on the theme “Community: The Foundation of Project Success.” The event created an opportunity for teams from across the company to step away from day-to-day project demands, share experiences, learn from one another, and identify new ways to deliver successful outcomes for our customers.
The symposium kicked off with remarks from Thermo’s leadership team, setting the stage for conversations around project delivery, resource planning, safety, financial performance, and coordination across sales, engineering, operations, finance, and project management.
Rotational sessions gave attendees a closer look at how each function contributes to project success. Teams explored project reporting, financial forecasting, resource planning, and opportunities to strengthen existing processes, while building a greater understanding of how decisions made in one area can impact the entire project lifecycle.
That cross-functional perspective is increasingly important as Thermo grows. Bringing different disciplines and experiences together helps our teams anticipate challenges earlier, stay aligned, and continuously improve how we serve our customers.
But the Symposium was about more than processes and project execution.
Team dinners, networking, and informal conversations gave colleagues from across Thermo the opportunity to build relationships and learn from one another. Those connections are an important part of Thermo’s unique culture and help ensure that, even as the company grows, collaboration and community remain at the center of how we work.
Events like the PM Symposium represent an investment in our people and our customers. When our teams have opportunities to learn together, share knowledge, and better understand how every function contributes to project success, we become stronger as an organization and a better partner to the customers we serve.
