Thermo Systems is pleased to announce that we have obtained an additional three-year certified member status from the nationally recognized Control System Integrators Association (CSIA). Certified since 2009, Thermo Systems takes great pride in this achievement as we consistently strive to provide quality integrator services to our clients.

This is the fourth CSIA audit Thermo has participated in, and this month, passed with flying colors. As a member of the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA), Thermo must undergo a third-party audit once every three years to maintain certification. The CSIA audit consists of 79 criteria from the CSIA Best Practices & Benchmarks manual to demonstrate that the certified member firms are well-equipped to handle the demands of operating and managing a successful and profitable business, as well as providing an objective model for business operation and improvement.

During our audit preparation, Thermo’s leadership team and many senior engineers re-examined current processes and best practices, not only to pass the audit but to ensure Thermo is thriving efficiently and effectively in all areas of the business. We consider CSIA certification to validate our commitment to having robust internal systems and processes to ensure project success for all of our customers.

This certification is a gold-seal mark of a professionally managed control system integration business that wants to develop a successful, long-term partnership with its clients.
