As Safety Month 2025 comes to a close, Thermo Systems is proud to recognize the everyday efforts that make safety a lasting part of our culture. While June serves as a great opportunity to highlight safety on a national level, our commitment runs year-round – built into our processes, training, and mindset on every job site, every day.

From OSHA10 certification for all team members to OSHA30 for management-level staff and above, our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to work safely and confidently. Weekly safety tips, monthly Toolbox Talks, and a strong near miss reporting system help keep safety practices top of mind while encouraging ongoing dialogue across departments.

To promote engagement throughout the month of June, our Safety Team launched a raffle to reward team members who submitted safety recognitions or near miss reports. These entries not only highlighted areas for improvement, but also celebrated individuals going the extra mile to protect their teammates and maintain safe workspaces.

One example of going above and beyond came from our team in Eagle Mountain, Utah, who received a weekly on-site award from the general contractor for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Their consistent focus on safety, productivity, and quality earned them the top spot among all trade partners on-site – and it’s a reflection of the standard we strive to uphold across every Thermo project.
