Thermo Salutes Our Nations Veterans, Earning the HIREVets Gold Award

The Thermo Systems team joined forces this week to honor those who have and continue to serve our country through our fourth annual Salute to Service initiative. Each year, the team comes together to fundraise for organizations dedicated to helping veterans and their families. This year’s contributions went to the Fisher House Foundation, an organization committed to housing families of veterans receiving hospital care. Thermo Systems is committed to assisting veterans transitioning from the military to the private sector. We are honored to be once again recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor and awarded the 2022 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award! We hold this award near and dear as it represents our strong dedication to recruiting, hiring, and retaining our nation’s veterans. To give our veterans every opportunity to succeed, Thermo began working with Rockwell Automation’s Academy of Advanced Manufacturing (AAM), an intensive 12-week program for U.S. military veterans designed to provide them with the skills they need for careers in advanced instrumentation, automation, and control fields. Thermo has seen much success from this program and is happy our veterans are gaining value from it.
