With over 18 years of experience in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and leading project management initiatives, Chris is a forward-thinking leader dedicated to elevating operational efficiency and project success. His extensive background spans a range of industries, where he has consistently delivered scalable project management frameworks and guided organizations through key transformations.
Chris was drawn to Thermo Systems by the company’s commitment to innovation and growth, values that align perfectly with his own. He is particularly excited about the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of critical systems and solutions across essential markets. In his new role, Chris will focus on building a strong PMO foundation that enhances project delivery and operational efficiency. Over the next 6 to 12 months, his top priorities include assessing current practices, implementing standardized processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with Thermo’s strategic objectives. Chris will also introduce performance metrics to provide clear insights into project progress and resource utilization, setting the stage for long-term success.
When he’s not driving projects to completion, Chris loves spending time with his family and friends, exploring trails in the mountains, and enjoying the snow.
