With more than 30 years of global industrial automation experience, John has built a career around disciplined operations, engineering excellence, and delivering reliable outcomes in complex environments.

As COO, John will guide day-to-day operations across the organization, helping connect teams, standardize processes, and ensure projects are delivered with consistency and quality. His leadership will support Thermo Systems’ continued expansion in mission-critical markets while reinforcing the collaborative, customer-focused culture that defines how we work.
