My favorite part about interning at Thermo Systems is working alongside a great team of people who are all very knowledgeable about what they do. It has been a great work environment and makes me appreciate being able to intern for a good company.
Would you be a good fit? What differentiates Thermo is our culture. We value a culture of teamwork, of exceeding customer expectations, and of success - both personal and professional. During your time with Thermo, you can expect to go the extra mile for your customers, be a good teammate for those around you, and be efficient in your work. Most of all, you'll have some fun along the way. The Thermo culture starts with you!
The diverse nature of the work allows me to collaborate with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in system installations and troubleshooting. I am motivated by the advancements in technology within the field and find fulfillment in contributing to the success of our broad customer base. Working in this dynamic environment, I look forward to developing my skills and making a meaningful impact in the world of control systems engineering.
My favorite aspect of interning at Thermo is that I am treated like a full time hire. I am given a lot of responsibility and am trusted to carry out work that I may not be too familiar with. I believe this is beneficial since it helps accelerate the learning process through having to figure things out on my own. It also provides exposure to something that I've never done before which will help expand my overall knowledge for the future.
