Leading up into Q4, Thermo has been placing immense significance on attracting and selecting new engineering talent to join our rapidly-growing team. Customer demand for project management and support is increasing nationwide, and Thermo intends to staff the team accordingly. Just this past month, we’ve had six new full-time and co-op employees come on board, both in the East Windsor HQ as well as the satellite offices around the country.
In such a competitive field, finding experienced and qualified talent can be tough, but our recruiting team has done a fantastic job of hiring the perfect candidates who fit the Thermo culture and mission. In addition to seeking experienced hires, we’re also turning to recent and future college graduates to build up our pool of top-notch engineers. We’ve been visiting career fairs up and down the east coast as well as the Midwest to seek out the best and the brightest for intern, co-op, and full-time positions. Our very own career development and “Thermo University” training programs have proven to be overwhelmingly successful when it comes to nurturing young talent who will become the key automation leaders and influencers of tomorrow.
On the topic of our recent hiring efforts, Senior Director Sai Lo commented, “Recruiting talented professionals who share our vision and passion for success is what fuels the sustained growth of Thermo Systems today and for years to come.”
Going into the fall, the Thermo hiring train will not slow down. We currently have positions to fill nationwide, with more to come as Thermo continues to grow.
