Automation Design

Our unique level of detailed hardware, software, and systems level design is what distinguishes Thermo Systems. By dedicating special attention to the design and development phase up front, we can ensure our customers a smooth and timely commissioning effort.

Construction & Systems Integration

Thermo Systems constructs custom automation applications for installation around the globe. We specifically excel with EPC projects and the turnkey delivery of a complete automation package including programming and systems integration services, custom control panels, HMI software and servers, and instrumentation and control valve packages.

Installation

At Thermo Systems, “turnkey” means providing a single source of responsibility. We are construction experts and will manage the complete electrical and mechanical installation of our clients’ automation projects. Our engineering teams work side by side with our installation partners around the globe to ensure a quality installation and smooth commissioning effort.

Commissioning & Validation

Since our engineering model is based on the Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP-5) standards for automation systems in GMP environments, we design all of our systems with document traceability in mind. This allows Thermo Systems to offer automation validation support services for any project, whether in a regulated environment or not.

Service & Support

Thermo Systems provides life cycle services and support for automation customers throughout the world. We offer 24/7 telephone and on-site service, annual automation maintenance and backups, calibration services, and system upgrades.
